At ROOKIES, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing by our warehouse team.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
